The Clover’s Calamity Jane

(Traditional Old Fashioned )

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz. The Clover Straight Bourbon Whiskey

  • 1 Sugar Cube

  • 3-4 Dashes Orange Bitters

  • Orange & Cherry (for garnish)

Directions

  1. In a rocks glass, muddle the sugar and orange bitters.

  2. Add ice cube, then pour The Clover Straight Bourbon Whiskey over top.

  3. Stir until well chilled.

  4. Express the oil of an orange twist around the rim of the glass if desired.  Garnish with a cherry.
