(Traditional Manhattan)

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz. The Clover Straight Rye Whiskey

  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

  • Maraschino Cherry or Lemon Twist (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Pour The Clover Rye, sweet vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

  2. Strain into a martini or coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry or lemon twist.
